Shirley Leone Fritts, age 95, a resident of Hood River, OR, passed away at Hawks Ridge Senior Assisted Living Community on February 7, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
